I have not read any of Chuck Palahiunk's novels or even seen Fight Club (Yes, I know how uncool that makes me but once I knew the plot twist my interest dwindled.) But I had the good sense to read this interview when I saw the link. If I could extract quotes, I would do so. He has interesting things to day about the writing process and the substance created by that process and the world around us. You wil just have to read the original rather than my quotes.
