The Asteroid Did Not Hit And Dancing To The American Beat

Thursday, I had physical therapy after work. I came home around 4 pm, and piddled with the news and emails before soaking in a hot bath. I went to bed before 6 pm and did not come back to consciousness until 3:30 the next morning, feeling fine. The best I have felt for weeks.

On Thursday, I talked to KH on the phone, I think.

I even got work done before I left for work.

On the bus to work, I told one fellow that it was too good a day - either it would stay good or the asteroid was going to hit.

Work went well, group therapy did also. No lecture, so no notes. I did start getting sleepy, but I still did a little grocery shopping. I did take a two nap when I got back here, but when I woke, I did not feel sluggish. I spent the night doing the dishes, working through the email, and drafting future blog posts. That I gave that up around 10 PM. I did talk to CC for a few minutes on the phone, to let her know I was still alive.

Now, I am up and still feeling fine. How the rest of the world is doing looks less promising:

The sun is coming up, laundry needs to be done, We had a freeze warning this morning. I may mollycoddle myself and wait for the buses to get to the laundry.  Have a good day.

And I did decide to catch the 10:15 bus inbound to do my laundry. Walking to the convenience store dissuaded me from a further walk.

About that beat thing:
