Reading Is US economy better or worse now than under Trump? from The BBC leaves me with the idea that the economy has stayed essentially steady for both Trump's and Biden's terms. It looks like Biden's policies led to a little more inflation, but kept people employed if they did not also increase employment. Which do you prefer: a slightly higher price for goods or being unemployed?
We were not the only country having inflation. Surely, Biden did not cause that!
I also think it is unimportant in deciding between Harris and Trump. What Harris touts is we have the best economy in the world. We do. That is Joe Biden's doing. China has economic problems. Germany is looking at a recession.
What Trump never acknowledged is the stable economy he inherited from Obama.
