Colonel Tom Rejected, Again

The Cincinnati Review sent this today:

Thank you for the opportunity to consider your submission "Colonel Tom." We've read it with care but have decided not to accept it for publication. Best of luck placing it elsewhere.

I believe the story needs revised. I am not being shattered by this news but I am being confirmed in my response. 

With the news I got today (follow this link), I doubt I will be follow revising this story any time soon. I have doubts of having access to a word processor any time soon.

Meanwhile, I suggest reading The Cincinnati Review. I like how the editors write up their own reading.
