Quality of Life Through the Arts Survey

 The Indiana Arts Commission has an online survey which I encourage everyone to participate in. Too many people think the Midwest, Indiana, is populated by mindless clods. This is a chance to show that we are not hicks, that we do recognize the value of the arts.
