Okay, foreigners cannot vote. In Indiana, there are people from the precinct who can challenge voters; the voter registration office requires driver's licenses; the ID needs to come out when voting; and so I just do not see why the Republican candidate is retailing MAGA scare tactics. Unless he thinks we are as dumb as MAGA politicians seem do do.
