Think less of yourself for no reason. Think of one's values and adhere to them. Puruse competence in what you value.

 Grounding through mindfulness - mindful eating as an example

Practicing gratitude - pair with mindfulness - savor experiences

We need to be part of a group

5 A's 

    • Attention - pay to others
    • Acceptance - you are a whole human being
    • Appreciation
    • Affection
    • Allowing 

 Differentiating - like to appreciate differences

Role models - keeps one by accountable

Flooding - you need to get outside of one's brains 

Meditation 

TM - puts one in alpha state
