The Society has an impressive roster with samples of their writing. It is publishing its first anthology And it is not yet two years old.
The Society has events including workshops and a virtual write-in.

Writing Indiana: The Heartland Society of Women Writers
The Heartland Society of Women Writers extends beyond Indiana even though its mission statement mentions Indianapolis. This seems worth attending to by Midwestern women.
What a mess of things! Journals from 2010 and onward until today (still not got all the old ones on - yet). Stuff that just interests me - writing, books, music, politics. Yes, another old white guy shooting his mouth off - but trying to show what he has learned and hoping it can be fun for you. Enjoy. Learn. It is all your choice how to use this blog, but it is meant to have a use. The day we stop learning is the day we die.
