I think I finally got a handle on Mike Bloomfield. Of all the guitarist who went into the weeds (thinking of Peter Green), his may be the most tragic. Intelligent, with standards too high for himself. Check out the interviews below. The Cramps doc tells their story with respect, so I liked it. I heard Khruangbin on WXPN during my stay in Fort Dix FCI - give them a chance, please.
