My Apologies

Sorry, I have been rather quiet. Too tired and not a good explanation for that. There has been a complete lack of energy to do anything, let alone write. Being broke until yesterday, I have done nothing except work and sleep and watch history videos and then back to sleep. I did the group therapy today. Groceries and laundry, I did not do.  It has left me a bit cranky, too. 

I napped and have been doing a little reading, then I just lost the energy to purge my inbox.
