Procrastination, Knee Pain, Drugs, Rising Hosuing Costs

The knee got cranky at work and is still hurting. It is enough to keep me from walking over to the laundromat. I did my monthly individual counseling meeting. It went well. Having eaten dinner, I think I will write a little here - until the pressure on my eye gets me loopy. The underbody rust eats awy at me. Time is running out.

I remember Richard Pryor saying there was no drug problem until the drugs got to the suburbs. That was decades ago. Today, WHITE SUBURBS AND DRUG WARS came in the email from Public Books. Too bad Pryor is long gone. We could use him today.

Biden will probably get the blame for this when it belongs to the Indiana Republicans running this state: Indiana's housing affordability gap is growing, analysis finds.

Indiana still falls below the national Housing Wage, which is $32.11 per hour for a two-bedroom apartment.

The Housing Wage is calculated by keeping the cost of a Fair Market Rate two-bedroom apartment and utilities at 30% of a household’s income — meaning that a Hoosier household needs to earn $3,826 monthly or $45,913 annually.

I am sticking with Biden. Nothing has shown me he is incompetent as President. I am not voting for a debater, but for someone who will not turn the Presidency into a dictatorship. Rebecca Solnit scores several bull's eyes for me with her Why is the pundit class so desperate to push Biden out of the race?

It will be a very early night for me.
