Last Week Henry Kissinger and Sandra Day O'Connoir Died, But More Importantly Shane McGowan

 I became a Pogues fan in my thirties. Not that I would call myself a great fan, having only two CDs I liked. This is one band for which I must thank John Hulse for the introduction. What I can say is that Shane McGowan was an amazing fellow, gave the world better value than Kissinger, and more fun than Justice O'Connor.
