Threepenny Review

I submitted a piece to The Threepenny Review and got a quick rejection. I cannot recall which piece it was and am too lazy tonight to go looking.

Writer's Digest has The Threepenny Review: Market Spotlight which might explain what I did wrong.

The Threepenny Review seeks poetry, fiction, essays, and reviews in various genres. While there are exceptions, articles should be 1,200 to 2,500 words; Table Talk should be 1,000 words or fewer; stories and memoirs can be up to 4,000 words; and poetry should be no longer than 100 lines.

Which might be "Colonel Tom" or one of the "Dead and Dying" stories.

And there is nothing more than its circulation figures.

So, let us just say I was not up to snuff.
