Writers: MFAs or Not?

It should be clear I am in "not" camp. I offer two essays on the subject:

• Not another MFA essay
  
• Money, that awkward part of the MFA vs no MFA argument I wish more people were talking about.
  

Make your own decision but I say write, if you want to be a writer. I did not, I played the coward and gave up, and it was the wrong decision. Try to do better than me.
