Continuing with the website The Modern Literary Novel and moving onto Peru. As I mentioned, the only Peruvian I have read is Mario Vargas Llosa. Like Gabriel Garcia Marquez, he is also a winner of the Nobel Prize of Literature. I have read only two of his novels and the site reviews both: Aunt Julia and the Scriptwriter and The Feast of the Goat. I suggest you read the review of the last novel. I also found it disturbing and amazing but did not write it up nearly so well as it is done here.
