I have been pounding away at my possible law review article for the past two days. Right now I am fighting the urge to give a look.
Yesterday, I blew out the knee while walking back from work. The bus was late. Then I crashed until around 4. Discovery has come in on my dad's trust case, but the envelope was too big for the mailbox. Muncie's main post office is too far off any bus route for me to walk right now. Off I went to find CC. She was not around on Wednesday, but I found her today. She was working on her rummage sale stuff. I told her she was trying to make everything perfect, that she just needed to get it started. She has to get out from under the cost of keeping her storage bin. What she has there are the things from her old life that she doesn't want to give up. I did what I could to help her, which is not much these days. She took me over to Walmart where I got a massaging heating pad (which has already done much good for my back) and some other items before bringing me back here. She will take me to the post office, and maybe to The Waterbowl. She wants to swim. I want her to get away from her life.
I talked to Paul S. I need to call him back today. He is having troubles. Hard to think the happiest guy I know is depressed.
Another rejection for "Problem Solving" - and one that caused a twinge of annoyance.

I thought it was a pretty fearless piece.
Well, it is 5 AM. Group therapy today. Maybe swimming. Definitely more sweltering heat and writing.
