Fighting Seasonal Depression

 We still have February and March to survive here in Indiana. One thing I learned about my depression while in prison was the seasons do have an effect on me. My Aunt Mary Ellen claimed this decades ago and was ignored. The winter climate of New Jersey differs just enough from Indiana that I noticed winter did cause problems.

The Indiana Daily Student published Seasonal depression can be combatted. I suggest giving it a read.
