And now our Attorney General Todd Rokita uses the case of a ten year old for his own political purposes: Indiana AG eyes criminal prosecution of 10-year-old rape victim's abortion doc. Rokita was around before I went to prison but I recall nothing about him. Since I came back, I have gotten the sense he was an overly ambitious blowhard. This impression seems confirmed by this story. I do not see the AG has the power to bring criminal prosecutions: Indiana Code § 4-6-2-1. See our future, Indiana?
