Nothing To See Here, and Rejections Return

Sunday was church and revising two short stories and a long chat with MW.

I swore I would put off any writing until I got some more reading done. Well, I am still struggling with Gore Vidal's Golden Age, but I am catching up with The New Review of Books.

Netflix may have to go. It has been a bit of a distraction - although I am finding Derry Girls hilarious, more the adults than the girls. It is more about how non-combatants survived The Troubles.

I put the back in a bad sport at work yesterday. Tossing trashcans heavier than I should have. The chiropractor and a hot shower put me right - around 6 pm. I talked to KH, ate dinner, and worked my way through articles online.

No writing, but I got through a few more pages of Vidal.

The rejections:

I finished the night off watching The Derry Girls. Like I said, Netflix is a distraction.

I really like the Zen browser. I started listening to WFMU around 12:15 yesterday and kept the internet radio running until I switched to Edge for Netflix (the only thing I have not been able to run on Zen, and I have been too lazy to figure out the problem.) around 7. Zen did not crash, even with 9 other tabs open. I recommended to KH, and I recommend it to you.

Time for work. I am getting rather tired of the attitudes there. Grumpiness permeating the place. I would like to wrap up my Kokomo business before I leave, but right now - feeling a dislike for leaving here to go there - makes me wonder if I do not need to start looking for another gig.

Maybe this will put in a better mood than I feel in leaving:
