Group; Wasting Time; Learning New Things About Indiana

I went to work late. My right ear was hurting, and I am still trying to get well. The group therapy was 90 minutes, with 13 minutes of lecture. It does give me time to get groceries, so I did. Then back here, watching a bad Sandra Bullock movie until my back started aching, and then I crashed for an hour. Tonight I went for the lentils. The Trial of The Chicago Seven is on in the background; that trial is what made me want to be a lawyer.

My first rejection for "The Unintended Consequences of Art":

Thank you for submitting "The Unintended Consequences of Art" to Apex Magazine. We appreciate the chance to read it. Unfortunately, the story does not meet our needs at this time. We're going to pass.

I wish you the best of luck finding a home for "The Unintended Consequences of Art" and hope to read something new from you soon.

Sincerely,

What I learned today about Indiana:

Indiana's outdoor recreation industry worth $15.7B

I do not think of Indiana as having an outdoor recreation industry. Oops.

Hoosier Survey shows support for key policy areas across partisan divide: Hoosiers are for legal pot, and restricting assault weapons. I am not so surprised we are for improving education, school safety, and concerned about healthcare costs.

I think I will run down to the convenience store for smokes, then take a shower.
